　　镜头一：

　　运动会的第一个项目——60米短跑就要开始了，选手们正积极地热身，我班的选手在第六道，她们一边活动一边做着深呼吸，让自己平静一下。“嘟！”哨声响起，选手们蓄势待发，一个个都坚定地望着终点。“预备！”“嘭！”，枪声刚响，选手们就如离弦之箭，飞快地向前冲去。加油！加油！加油！耶！胜利啦！好样的！

　　同学们翘首以待的1500米比赛开始了。大家特别兴奋，比赛开始，“砰!"选手们都用中速跑，并随着脚步有节奏地呼吸着。一圈下来，选手们的速度渐渐慢了下来，胸品剧烈地起伏着；两圈了，有些选手有点坚持不住了，大口大口地喘着粗气，脸涨得通红。有几个人实在跑不动了，就慢慢地走着，但不一会又跑起来了......一圈一圈，一圈又一圈，终于到了冲刺阶段。虽然每个人早已精疲力竭，可还是都拼了命地往前跑……

　　镜头三：

　　这次运动会的最后一个项目——教工4*100米接力就要开始了。学生们拼命为老师鼓劲。“预备，砰！”枪声刚落，老师们就飞快地冲出了起点。老师们都微低着头，大步流星地向前冲，在学生的加油声中，老师早已将接力棒递给了最后一位老师。老师飞快地冲过我们面前，十米、九米、八米... “哇!”比赛结束了，学生们都为老师们祝贺呐喊。

　　我所捕捉到的这些镜头，都代表着一种坚强的意志、一种向上的精神，它们把奥林匹克的精神带到我们的运动会，带进我们的生活……
